Angry A/C Problem

Okay i have a ac problem when i turn on the ac and put it on high it will turn on for a few seconds and then it will blow air through the defrost ports and takes some time and will blow air back to the panels. Any ideas of what might be trigering this.

Hello.
You did leave some information out of your question. Like, what type of truck, and A/C system you're working on. But the first answer that comes to mind is;
There is a vacuum tube located in a gromet that goes through the firewall, right behind the battery below the electrical junction there on the firewall.
The vented gasses from the battery, in many cases drys out and cracks that vacuum line. That would be the first thing I would check.
Be sure to post up any more questions or resolutions, after you check it out

Have you done any maintenance on the truck recently? When the vacuum is lost, the system goes to defrost by default. So I would bet money there is a vacuum problem somewhere. Has your engine been running rough or idleing at a higher rpm?

You're welcome. It is the most common reason for that problem

Whenever someone has a vacuum problem I always refer them to the nearest female, they seem to know how to fix those things

When they get my age, the bag is full and needs divorcing, thats how you fix a female vacuum leak.
