My Official Transformation Thread

i wanna be cool and have my own transformation thread too...

Heres what I started with, 2001 XL 4.2L V6 Manual Trans Sport
bought it with 60k all stock minus a Viper Alarm and a Kenwood HU
(sorry for the couple of small pics)


17" FX4 Wheels on 32" BFG A/Ts




2002 Harley Davidson Ed. Valence


Chrome 18" Lightning Replicas and awesome stock rake


Grille..


0/4 Drop



Smooth Caps


Doing what she does best...towing broken chevys


Back on the L wheels..


The L wheels Black..


Trying on some Boyds..


Chillin


3/4 Drop on the new 20s




3/5 Drop and Shaved Fenders and full painted mirrors


Painted the Heads..


And here she is now...about a 5/5 drop, 02 Harley Grille etc etc



sorry for the small pics...ill be getting some better ones this weekend

I'm loving everything! Do you have smooth step sides, or just the rails? Did you do that yourself or bought aftermarket? Do you have HIDs?

im right there with ya trimble

although the boyds had a retarded huge offset on the front wheels which made it look wierd
...and well the L wheels made me look....like an L ha

just the rails for now, the steps and rear bumper plastics will be coming this summer. And i did them myself via A LOT of sanding ha.

i had HIDs, however my headlight bulbs decided to blow up a few months ago (4 year old kit) and i havent had the funds to get a new set yet.

What HIDs did you go with? Also the PTM bed rails look sweet. I was
thinking of getting the PTM bed rails you'd have to go buy.

and yes it is, matches my lower grille perfect now!

i highly reccommend the DDM Slim Ballast Kits. Ive heard good things about the aftermarket smooth bed rails

trying to avoid talking about the suspension because i think its lame hahah, well only the rear..

but big thanks for the trade man, the spindles definitely helped me out. Now get those LCAs on! ha

But where's the Before and After of the Interior??

O btw, i wish i would have been around when you sold those fx4 wheels and 32's... damn lol

thanks guys.

well, all of my interior plastics are black (minus the door panels for now) but thats really hard to get a good picture of. Ill try to get some soon tho. And ive got 2 12"s in a custom box behind the seats and whatnot...
