add a leaf/ L tails Pictures

I added a single leaf out of another f150 that my uncle gave me today, lifted the back up quite a bit. I had to max to the front out. The previous owner claims it has keys but they're awful rusty for being replaced. Looks nice I think though. I got L tails for it, I don't like them now that I have them though opinions? Sorry for how filthy it is, the pictures don't do the truck justice, I just haven't washed it in 2 days...

I really don't like the L tails though, so I'll trade for taillight covers or will sell for 75 bucks which is what I paid. They are real ford L take offs....any takers??

I like the stance. I think if you put some niteshade over those tails they would look sweet.

yeah..............I'm just gonna put the stockers in and either paint them black/niteshades or put covers on them. I hate the look, I love L tails, they just don't blend or match my truck at all :-( I love the new stance though, it sits like a truck should sit. I just doubled up the leaf under the main

Good price on the tails, I'd keep them and just hang onto them for a while and sell them once they become rare.

I always thought your truck was brown until I saw this post. Haha, nice truck man I'm thrilled that it's not brown and gold like my Eddie Bauer Bronco haha

I like the visor...a visor makes a truck IMO.

Yeah I like the stance, almost wish it had 315s.... and to the person who asked, yes I am suggesting it might have maxed keys but I think its just maxed t bars because the keys in it are real rusty and look original....unless he put used ones in it. and the cv isn't at too much of an angle...maybe an inch off from being straight on

I love it!!

How much height did that leaf add? Would the truck accommodate 35" tires now? (those are 33 aren't they?)

What all is done to it for lift, it can't be just an added leaf ? Looks fantastic!

And I agree, the visor is great on your truck.

they are 33s yes. 305/65/17 on 17x10. I bet I could tuck 35s on 17x9s or 17x8s...I sort of think its an inch too high all the way around. I doubled up the leaf under the main, it lifted it probably 2.5-3"....I got two leaf packs for free from my uncle and re-used my stock u bolts and center pins were $11.35 at carquest...I'm gonna wash it and wax it probably tommorow, then I'll get some nice pictures with the stock tails :-)
