Then remove the ratchet and back it out by hand turning the extension.
On the drivers side, disconnect the hoses necessary and do the same thing.

Sometimes it helps to just disconnect the rear bolts on the fuel rail so it can flex a little bit.
This is how I did mine but I didn't need to tape the socket to the extension. I left my fuel rails alone. I could even get the torque wrench on them using this method.

I just undo the 4 screws holding the fuel rail on and pop it loose then its not to bad. Use extensions and a wobbly. Not that big of a deal.

just be sure if you remove the fuel rail and the injectors stay in the head, be sure you dont lose the o-ring thats on top of it, or that is still in the fuel rail, just pry it out and seat it on top of the injector, then put the fuel rail back on, i had wasted a lot of time wondering why the fuel rail wouldnt sit back on top of the injector, because of that little o-ring.

Here is a tip to install plugs and get them started.
Use a length of new heater hose that fits snug over the plug porcelain to start the plug into the threads.
It gives you a good feel for when the plug is started, pull off then use the deep socket to finish.

Remove fuel rails.. IF your damage a O ring no biggie hit up the dealer ship there a easy cheap replace.. if there damaged youll see them spitting out fuel when started. something to watch out for..

Although there a bit of a job to play around with but you can do it with simple extensions, I used one small one dropped it in then got the long on and then put it in then connected everything..

The best tool for the job is (Drum roll please)
A hose. .. garden hose, any hose that will have a good diameter to fit the flug in but also fit in the hole. Cut it to size and after you have the plug lose use the hose to go the full way off and pull it out.. same thing with installing. (can also be a good tool for recovering the small extension after dropping it in to the back)
