Step-by-Step HID install on 2003 F-150?
When DDM ships the 9007 setup, the wires in the adapter you plug into your stock headlight wire connector are all jumbled up. At least mine were, I had to get a small jewlery/eyeglasses size screwdriver to push down the secure tabs on the pins and slide them out of the adapter then re-order the pins in it. after that it works fine, I have noticed that the highs aren't really of any use anymore though, It may just be me though, Maybe the housings, I see the light pattern get wider but not higher or farther.
Here is a post I made a while ago when I first installed the lights and how it had to be hooked up. https://www.f150online.com/forums/4037771-post19.html I have a keyboard pic of the plugs and where whet needed to be for my truck.

Great. Thanks for the info and link. Does everyone end up having to switch the pins around? Or are some kits just wired correctly and others are not?
I was told over the phone that they are "Set up for most headlight configurations" My guess is that they are setup for 9004 and you have to move the pins for 9007 or something along those lines because you don't go to Autozone and say I need a 9007 bulb with pin configuration 27..... anyway as long as it all works I'm fine with it.
