35's with 4inches of lift ?

Sorry if this is an easy one. Is it possible to run 35's with a 4inch lift?? I have 33x12.50's on my 03 XLT 4x4 stock with very minimal triming on the front plastic valance and they don't rub at all. Ive noticed a majority with 35's are running 6inches of lift, is there a reason on clearance or anything? don't know how to post pics, but there is one in picture gallery with rims on truck.
Thanks!

Yes, they will fit. I have 35's with only a 3 inch body lift.

Hows the ride with the torsion bars cranked all the way? Any difference with steering tightness or anything?

Increasing the prload on the torsion bars makes the initial portion of the suspension's travel slightly stiffer. Some people love this, some hate it.
