About the painting, isnt that stuff already black like the trim and bed caps? Would it look better to repaint them? Thanks for the great options.
i also use my bed alot thats why i got a roll up cover the bed caps i think are grey atleast mine were and i also like rainguards just didnt like the rear one plus its useless so i just kept the front, If your take anything off or replace anything you can always sell the old stuff or take offs i sold all my stuff on craigslist it usually not as much as your paying but atleast it will off set the cost you know i was 20 when i got my truck with a low paying job it just takes time but you will get it where you want it but i wish i had that nice of vehicle at 16 congrats man

Thanks in advance for the tips.

Here are some pics

I think your front end would look sick with the bumper and valance both PTM and just leave the rest as is. Oh, an add some depo fogs (they're the clear ones like mine).

Illness95 on this forum has the idea I'm speaking of:

Please don't paint those headlights black, like has been suggested. If you wanna go black headlights, I'll trade you straight up and you can paint and install mine

4. Paint the wheels black, lots of DIY on here.
5. Tint front windows
6. Smoked Tail lights

Remove the chrome bed rails, Step bars

PTM mirror caps

At the very least, PTM mirror caps, remove step bars and bed rails, and spray the wheels black.
Whoa whoa whoa!!! Those are genuine Visteon HD headlights, thats like taking a Ferrari to a $500 paint shop. Not the best idea, IMO. They look good as they are!

Ok so what about the headlights? I have done nothing to this truck except exhaust and the guy I bought it from really didnt tell me all that was on it. I have found out that my 3rd brake light is the (I think) lightning or some other se f150. And one of my mirror caps are not broken but kind of. It is like coming off but not all the way- Ill get more pics. So how much would mirror caps be? And right now I think I would like to do PTM chrome except for steps, grill, tips, and bedrails. And paint the valence black or PTM or something. Also I like the fog idea. Thanks Guys! Oh and to everyone who said they wish they had a truck like this at 16, I am blessed to have parents that do what they can to get me nice stuff and stuff I want. By the way the truck only has 73000 miles on it and is in awsome condition.

Yes, I added the exhaust a couple weeks after I got it. And it did have a 3 inch tip on the passenger side. Are you located in NC? The guy I got this truck from works at a Ford dealership somewhere around Raleigh.

imo i think chrome is a slap in the face on trucks, that's why i hate gmc sierras, 20" chrome wheels?? come on, that's ugly, real trucks need to look like real trucks, not like jacked up sports cars

I do agree with you about the chrome somewhat, I personally like a little I think it makes it look clean when you want it to be and when you want it to look dirty, well thats when you go have fun and cover all the chrome up with mud. I do not like however, to much chrome and that is why I started this thread. I think mine has a bit to much and would like to know what would look better not chrome. On a side note what about these headlights? Someone please explain them to me? Are they really nice or something?

They're Harley Davidson edition headlights...if you try to buy them new, they're AT LEAST $300 for the pair, and that's the lowest I've ever seen them.
