power steering whine

I got power steering whine at slow turns especially after warmup. Belt is good, fluid is full, even drained the resevior and refilled it with Lucas power steering fluid and conditioner, nothing works. Any ideas?

Yea, that Lucas stuff is a waste IMO. You have to flush by removing the line and starting the engine, use something good, like Amsoil. Additives will kill it for sure, hopefully that will flush out. I might do it twice knowing something foreign was added. But let the Amsoil clean it up first before you flush the second time, if needed. It's easy to do, just don't get air into the system if you can help it, - or you'll have to work that out as well.

She hasn't made a peep in two years, since I did this.
