cartridge for an 2002 f150 ford pu

I have a OEM cd player in this 2002 ford f150 that is missing its cartridge. It holds 6 cd's and is mounted under the back bench. It has an orange eject button---any ideas on where to get one?

ive been to several junkyards and have seen these multiple times. i recommend going there first and trying your luck.

otherwise see if you can pull a ford part number and give google a spin
