Fan Noise?

I just bought a 2001 F150 with a 4.6 and have noticed a fan noise. I mean when the truck is off the heater and the fan etc. are off and I put the ignition to acc. There is a fan that comes on and this fan is also running when the truck is on. I am guessing it's a fan for the computer? I'm not worried about it I'm just wondering what it is. Does anyone know what this is?

Fuel pump doesn't run in ACC. The heater fan runs in ALL positions of the selector switch (max, AC, panel, etc.) except OFF.

There is a fan cooling the radio, it's normal.
