Talking Love my ford

So as some of you may know i just bought a 99 F150 with the 5.4L 4x4 came with a 4" rancho lift on 35 . Its got the gearing and all that neat stuff. SOOOO anyways. I live in Arizona and we just got hit with a week of nasty storms and they finally settled this weekend and had some blue skys and nice weather. So i figured hey lets take this truck out four wheelin for the first time and see what she can do. I was absolutely impressed i couldn't find anything out there that was even slightly difficult for it. Nasty washed out roads, Thick mud boulders washes you name it i went over it. I couldent believe how well it did

Ok and here comes the best part of all. I was Just riding right along down the back of hill in about a foot of mud had it in 4 high and what do i come up behind. Why it was a chevy 2500 4x4 and it was STUCK!!! hahaha So i come up right behind him and asked him if he needed a hand and he did. So i go around him threw much worse mud then he was stuck in without a problem. I stayed in the truck not wanting to get my leather interior muddy while he hooked up the straps. Yanked him right out and the rest of the way threw the mud. FORDS RULE!!!! WOOP WOOP

Yeah i just edited the thread and put one up. In the picture is what the locals call "top of the world" It is the highest point within the city limits. And is known to be a real bitch to get up. But my ford couldn't tell the difference between goin up that and a residential street haha.

Yeah there really are some awsome places to see where i live. I'll have to take some more pictures next time i go out.

But here's a pic from the same place as first pic from inside the cab

and this is a spring they closed off the road to but i found another way into it which was alot longer and more difficult but tons of fun.
