Fiberglass is made out of a fiber mat (a streched T-Shirt will work too) and resin which is layed and set then after it cures you can trim with a jiz saw or something to the shape you need, The more layers you put on it the stronger it becomes, I believe Carbon fiber is made the same way just different materials i believe.

Bondo won't hold up against the wear and tear, so I'd fiberglass it. Honestly, unless you know what you're doing, you'll get in over your head. Fiber glass isn't hard to cut and shape, but if you don't have experience it can be a pain. Save up the money, take the valance, grille, and pad to a shop. Tell them what you want and get it done. You'll spend more money in the long run trying to fix rock chips and repairing the valance.

Also, get some different wheels. Those are hideous.

I was quoted well over $550 to get everything professionally done. No thanks. What you see was done with Wal-Mart rattle cans. My buddys dad has a compressor and paint gun, and I'm going to a paint shop to get some paint, clear, and reducer and do it properly myself for about $50.

I'm going to check out doing my own fiberglass repair. I know a few people who install and repair body kits so I'm sure this is up their alley.

And for the last time, unless someone wants to give me some wheels, they are staying on. Those are brand-new tires and making $6/hr isn't going to buy me four HD or L wheels and rubber anytime soon

Good luck man. Just don't skip on the preparation man. I've been talking to my dad's good friend, and he said painting is 90% preperation, followed by a good base coat. Sand, sand some more, followed by more sanding. I'm defintily interested to see how it turns ou for you.
