Nothing new to the truck, just looking to get new amps such as the PDX's since they are smaller and I can hide them better in my truck. Also, still looking at getting seat covers, and would like to repaint my center console and also my subbox the same color as it is already. I was looking at eBay and I found this, but, I'm pretty sure they don't fit 2003's.

Using wheel adapters i think. They make the tires sit out wider though.

they do make them but many places dont recommend them. not 5 lug to 5 lug or 6 lug to 6 lug places stand behind all the time. i was looking at some 5 on 135 to 5 on 5.5 and there is a set of custom billet ones that are 1.5" thick for 200 plus shipping for all 4. but since your going with 18" plus wheels you should have many options for wheels.

The hubs will not just swap out, at least in the front. Ford redid the IFS in 04 and its a completely different system. You MAY get lucky in the rear, its still an 8:8 with 31 spline axles, but I dont know.
