I think it would all depend on what you want to do with the tire, or your preference.

Do you want AT's, do you want a "street" or performance tire?

Since you're looking at AT's, I vote BFG AT KO's. Should be able to find them in your OEM size. They're expensive, but will last forever. I use mine for some minor off road on occasion and they perform great. They're most impressive to me when I'm on a steep\slick\wet boat ramp trying to pull up a large boat. They have great traction!

I have BFG Long Trail highway tires. They have 55k on them, and have half the tread left, verified by measurement. They were $107 each in 255/70/16 3 years ago at Sam's Club. The current version (Long Trail Tour) is about $123. They may be highway tires, but they are an all season with M+S rating.

Werd Jake. They are the only Michelin tires worth buying.

OP, look into some Cooper discovery a/t's. My dad had them on his PSD and they work great. Very highway friendly but great for small offroad adventures.

Maybe some BFG Rugged Trails. My moms got them on her Tacoma and they are an awsome tire. They are a little expensive but well worth it.

I had a set of 265/75/16 Bridgestone Dueller A/T REVOS on my 2wd F-150 and they were awesome tires. Handled 8" of snow no problem. I have a set of 285/75/16 BFG AT KO's on my F-250 and they suck. Won't be getting them again. If I had paid for them (they were brand new and installed on the truck when I bought it), I'd be angry.

another vote for michelin LTX M/S.
I got 4 used with 60% tread for 300 bucks-I feel pretty good about that price considering how long they will last.
