Just passed 125k
Just passed 125k miles and still running strong.
Last oil change figured i would switch to synthetic (Motorcraft 5-20)
So I changed the oil and added a sea foam to the tank.
I have this little app on my IPhone that tracks my MPG and fuels cost among other things and well i jumped from an average of 16 MPG to 23.5 MPG on the last tank. I double and triple checked the numbers and everything is correct. I hope she maintains that MPG!!

That's pretty good mileage.
Come back and let us know when you have gone over 500 miles on one tank of gas.
23 gallon tank x 23.5 mpg = 540 miles.
Are you sure your figureing correctly?
If yes, I need to rush out and buy stock in the Sea Foam co.

only 125K haha, just kidding. keep us updated on the gas and the seafoam. im sitting around 15 now and would love to get up to 17+
o and im only at 134K on the truck and barely 20K on the engine so im behind all yall

Glad to hear she is still running strong for ya. I have almost 175K on mine. I have only replaced an alternator on mine.

you know your right last fill I had 124,992.1 miles
Then i filled up again with 125,349.8 miles
thats 358 miles / 23 gallons = 15.5 MPG
Something is wrong with the software program. Sorry for the confusion!
Well dont go out and buy stock in seafoam just yet!!!
