ive looked at some of the chrome bulbs that people use on the 04+ but the problem is there is a yellow disk reflector on the side that cant be seen in the pics which might still give a yellow reflection.

Looks good Jake! Really digging the smoked heads, but you should've kept your L corners, and just removed the amber reflector, then smoke those.

How much did the LOF (Line of Fire) set you back? I've been looking into one.

i might look into baking the corners to remove the disks but for now its ok since they just got here.

the LOF was actually really cheap compared to what i thought. i got it for 55 shipped on ebay and i ordered it around last wed and it came today. im just about to go add a trailer plug (truck side) to hide behind the bumper for it to get rid of the wire.

Nice!
Your truck is becoming sicker by the week!
All you need to do now is fix that wire hanging down your bumper.

thanks

idk how that would turn out really, that duplicolor paint i used on the grille surround was kind of thin and on the 97-98 i dont think you can remove the tailgate handle.

heres a pic of the badge delete on the tool box. and im gonna get night pics when i get back from campus later.

the white spots are wax from the PO

its the easiest thing to take off. remove the access panel (has the Torx screws) and remove the two bars from the handle that release the clips on the tailgate latch and unscrew the two screws.

or you can be lazy like me and just mask off and spray:

careful of the overspray.

The paint will stick better on the back of the truck bc it's not getting blasted by bugs, dirt, sand, etc. If you want your grille surround paint to stick, I'd recommend getting it done professionally where they can paint it with a high pressure sprayer.
