Next mod advice/opinions

OK, so I have some money to do something to my truck, but can't decide what it is I want to do. I can spend up to around $400, but more like $250-300 more comfortably.
Here's what I want:
Bedliner - $425 or $500 with rails lined. (Rhino...would save for another few weeks for this one)
-Or, I found a kit on ebay that seems to be decent. I feel pretty confident that I could spray it on myself. I have access to several air compressors. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SPRAY...Q5fAccessories

OE-style fender flares - $130 unpainted on ebay.

Longer front shocks so I can put my 2" front coil spacers back on - $130 or so with replacement rear shocks as well.

Bull bar - around $200 for the cheap ones, up to $400 for the westins.
-Only want to do this mod if I get the coil spacers back on - would look out of place on my stock height truck lol.

Gryphon tuner - $400 with canned tunes.

Component door speakers - up to $180, hopefully more like $100.

5000K hid bixenon kit - $180 for the digital kit. Would need to buy matching 5000k kit for my fogs because I'm ocd

Super-secret mod I found for a steal at $800 - I have this money in a different bank account, could just build it back up. Wouldn't take long. It's a deal I'm very tempted to pick up because it's about half price.

Suggestions welcome

I figured the gryphon would be the choice of many on here...wouldn't the canned tunes be good enough right now since all I have done is exhaust and gotts intake (with drop-in K&N)? From what I've heard, 'custom' tunes only differ if you have a few more mods than that. But maybe I'm misunderstanding...I still consider my truck mechanically stock.

Not really... the canned tunes will be a big step up, but my understanding from what the guys/gals that have bought them is that it is even better. It takes advantage of your gotts cai and exhuast plus optimizes shifting and everything. And for 30 bucks a tune, why not?

Yeah I've thought about a bed rug, but my bed's pretty scratched up - I don't want any rust pooping up underneath that bed rug.
Maybe spray-can it before installing?

I'm pretty sure I know what the secret mod is.

But I vote HIDs for both heads and fogs. You can fit both under your price range.

If not, do the bi-xenon and the components.

Well, it just got a little more tempting...it's brand new, not used like I originally thought.
...Me and ChrisT would have one more thing in common after this mod (think that pretty much gives it away).
