I think I have to since I just have a regular cab which doesn't come with a center console like yours did.

ok gotcha. well the only thing i had to do was put down the front bracket from the expy console onto my front 2 bolts and it just bolted right up after that.

I don't think you should have to cut the carpet...mine just sat on top of the carpet. My truck didn't have a center console either.

i have pics of what i had to cut out on mine to make mine fit. ill post them up tomorrow.

also pat let me know what you done end up using might need to borrow some pieces or what not.

and 01f1502wd. the console i want to make would do just that, hide the cb and the pa like you have which i look forward to getting this summer

^ya, Im not a very big fan of drilling holes in the lower part of my dash, and it will give me more spots to put switches which i might just make a custom plate with them all on there

indeed. I took out my PA and tucked the wires up behind the dash but with that console ill be able to wire them nicely where they wont be seen.

the consoles ive found ppl want like 200+ for them... yall got a good place to get em for cheap? i doubt the junkyard has any but ill go check.

I have the wide center console and arm rests in my truck. It came that way from the factory.

yes, but the F150s that came with armrests had narrow lids, just like the narrow lid expy console.

yea the console i got has a narrow lid compared to the console itself
