What should my next performance mod be?

Hey guys i have a 2001 f150 single cab stepside 4x4 4.6l
mods as of now:
Gotts intake and straight dual exhaust.

Whats next? I want something to help it last and give me more power!

Look into e-fans or custom tunes via VMP Tuning, Troyer Performance, or Power Hungry Performance. E-fans will give you 1-2 more MPGs and will improve your topend a good bit, since it eliminates the drag of the mechanical fan at high speeds.

ok thanks man, i think i wanna do spark plugs and wires from mastercraft, then thats it. then i can get my tunes with those mods added

^^^ forced induction is the only way to go

turbo or a procharger, there was a procahrger kit for $1500 on ebay same kit I started with


if you're gonna mess around with bolt ons don't bother you'll spend more for less power, and don't use anything but the motorcraft plugs, coils and plug wires

No too much, and im not much for the forced induction stuff. I know it sounds wierd but it'll just get me in trouble lol. So whats the best programmer you can get? Are the edge really what they're made up too be?

efans and CAI are the best bang-for-your buck out there. period.

e-fans and a custom tuned xcal2 or xcal3 would be your best options after the gotts intake
