97 up intake question???
97 up intake question???
Howdy folks,
I just had my 98' Mustang Gt intake explode on me and was wondering if the 97' up F-150 (4.6) has the same intake manifold; full plastic-no aluminum crossover. Or which one has the re-inforced aluminum crossover? I'm about to go "beater" hunting and don't want to run into this problem again.
Thanks...

Me too...^^^
I know that the plastic manifolds on F150's aren't immediately prone to cracking but there IS a potential without the aluminum crossover. So does anyone know when the aluminum crossover came into play with the F150's???
