Ok, Im trying to figure out what all parts are needed for the expy front end swap. Obviously bumper, grill, fenders, and hood. But what about bumper or grill support and other crap. Just trying to get a complete list before i start picking everything up. thanks

 

what model expy? im assuming 97- what ever year that went boxier.

 

Sorry, I meant the 03-06 expy. I have seen it done on a few trucks.

 

I'm not sure what else you need. There is a member at FTW that has done this conversion, but I can't remember his name.

 

If it isnt too much trouble could you look under the hoods of yours and see what is obviously different? Header/Grill panel and such. It would be greatly appreciated

 

your talking about changing an OBS to NBS? i may be a little biased, but the OBS looks way sexier than NBS. too boxy for my liking

 

I think the expy front isnt exactly new body style like you are talking about with the new 150s. it is kind of in between old and new. I like it though. And doing that is different from everyone else who just leaves it stock or throws on a lightning bumper. I just want to be part of the minority. I mean I am the only one I have seen on here so far with a reg cab long bed. Im sure you are out there but I havent seen it yet.

Yeah, seeing his in the street scene section is what gave me the idea. Actually it was his when it had the orange flames. That looked better than it does now i think
