polevaulter95, how'd you make that antenna?? It looks pretty friggin sweet, and its not somethin you see everyday. Still functional i'm assuming? Was that headliner a PIA at all? Is it just regular camo pattern cloth?

antenna was easy. i took an old arrow that i had screwed up. it would not fit over the ball on top of the antenna, no was it long enough. so i took out the angle grinder and made the antenna shorter lol. wrapped the atenna in electrical tape (to avoid rattling), slid the arrow over the atenna, and did a couple of loops of electrical tape at the base of the arrow. atenna held up when i drove on the highway so im happy. headliner was also easy, just time consuming taking all the bolts out. i ordered the fabric from the link below.

but all credit still goes to loganskinner for inspiring me.

Nice call on the area! Yep, Steamboat Rock. That pic was taken before I ran into the brush that lines the trail... Needless to say, I have some surface scratches to remove still! It was a blast however.

I grew up in that area (actually worked at that park) before I joined the military . Some good off-roading in that area but there is a lot of sage brush (as you know), I've hit a few myself
