You have a good eye. They are new and I'm not really happy with them. Finding 18s in the size I want is really hard. If I keep the truck I'm going to have to go with 20s.

What size do you want? I'm running into a similar issue with my Expy (OEM L wheels 18x9.5). I'd like to run 285/55-18 or 295/50-18. But no one makes those sizes. I use 285/60-18, which is 5% too big. But even then, tire selection is limited. Do 20's really make this any better?

Very nice truck, BTW.

On a 18x9.5 try the lightning 295/45/18. It's about 28.4 tall with plenty of width. Hankooks rh06 or Nitto 420s

Here's my 97 F150 With 22 in KMC Surge Wheels and Falken 305/40/22 tires. It has a 2 in rear shackle drop, planning on doing a baby drop 2/4 since tires would rub if I do a 4/6

22x14 -76 (positive about) and what looks like 37x13.5x22 Swampers. Don't know about the lift.
