Well, he didn't keep it long... Sold the truck about a week ago for $12,000. Truck's gone to Tennessee, so anyone up there might see it cruisin' around.

Pretty basic, but not bad for a 15 year old XL ...

And because my little WRX gets jealous no one posts pics of him ...

I'm pretty happy with the way this truck is holding up, considering it's never seen the inside of a garage in it's life ...

Thanks

I didn't want the wheels to look like they came straight off an Expy ... a little paint changed the look of them a lot.

I would have done something similar, if not the same. It seems plain an un-creative when you just paint the whole wheel one color. Really shows effort was put into, and it looks damn good. You wouldn't mind telling me what you used to paint them, could you? I have a set of FX-4's on mine, and was going to try to paint the depressions on the end of each spoke.

I'm pretty sure I just used some Rustoleum Satin Black (rattle can). It's held up real well ...

I cut some plastic the shape of the cutouts on the rims, and used them to cut masking tape to match the cutouts (did that make any sense at all ) I also painted the inside of the rims black.

that is some very nice work, not a fan of the wheel plain but painted like that changes the look so much.

The wheels stock look "unfinished". They should have come painted this way from the factory ...

Getting the ranger ready for a 302 swap!
Putting the F150 to work. It's about ready for a Detail, after this long winter.
