Havent been on this site in a while. Little update on my truck... i put in a new cluster, might put LEDs in instead of halogens but i havent decided yet.

Search for 2000MTZ on f150 forum. He did a write up on it.

Depo fog lights. You can find them on ebay or amazon, I bought mine off amazon.
