You can do it solo. With the new brackets from my body lift I can't ever get them tight enough so over time my bumper slowly starts to sag and I have to readjust. Easiest way is to get the bolts semi tight, where it will hold the bumper but still loose enough to be able to muscle it up and down. Get it where you want, then snug the bolts up.

Love the blacked out look. What kind of paint did you use on the bumpers? Just scuff it up and put some flat black primer?

Just used plasti dip over the chrome bumpers holds up good

nope no scuffing go check the stuff out its pretty cool its real tough but you can peel it right off if you ever want too called plasti-dip lowes sells it

Love plasti- dip!! Just did my buddies brand new Chevy (gotta get good at it before doing mine!) turned out great for a first timer!

Thanks man!! 2001 Supercrew Ford F-150. That's a stock bumper. I took both front and back off and had them sand blasted and sprayed with Line-X. Leveling kit is nice. Love that its level and drives smooth still.
