Kumho Road Venture Mt KL71

I was just about to order up the 37x13.5x20 Toyo Open Country MT but just saw the Kumho Road Venture Mt KL71. Looks really nice and apparently has excellent road manners. The thing that concerns me with these is that their directional and that would be a real pain come rotation time right?

Anyone running these Kumho’s yet?

Because these are directional one would have to break them down, remount and balance to do a proper tire rotation correct?

I wouldnt think so, shouldnt be anything more than a normal rotation. These tires look nothing but awesome though, they need to make them in more sizes.

That doesn't sound right. The Kuhmo MT (directional version) is a pretty new tire. Maybe they discontinued their old MT.

I tried a set of Kuhmo Road Ventures 285/70/17's ( not the MT's) on my '04 F-150Supercrew 4x4 after removing the lowering kit about 12,000 miles ago. I change oil every 2500 miles and rotate the tires every second oil change.
After the 12,000 miles I am now looking for a new set of Nitto Terras. Kuhmo is the softest tire I have ever tried and they wear horribly. No cupping, they have less than 3/16" tread left.Going back to 295/70/17 Nittos soon.

i was lookin at the 38X15.5 QR18's very impressed with the reviews i've seen. but thats still $1000 for tires, plus the fact im running 16" wheels now. anyone see anything better in the 37-38.5" range?
