ok so my last wheel post...if i decided to get the mazzi hulks in 20x10...

what size tire would i need to get on my 05 kingranch 4x4 supercrew??? and will it rub with a 2" AS leveling kit?? i like the eagle knockoffs but im thinking of possible going with the real deal...only thing that im wondering is how far the 20x10 will stick out farther than the stock 18's....thanks

What is the backspacing on the Mazzi's. I beleive the 20x10 Eagle copies have 4.5 inches of backspacing which means they will stick out 3.5 inches farther than the OEM wheels. I don't know what backspacing Mazzi uses.

They only have 4.5" backspacing on a 10" wheel...makes it a -15 offset

Wandell is correct, the rims alone are going to stick out 3.5" further before you even put a 12.5" -13" tire on it. It's going to rub even with a 33 inch tall tire and will sling everything up the side of your truck including rocks.
I'd re-think it if it were my truck.

I'd try to find a 9 inch wide wheel with 5.5 or 6 inches of backspacing if you don't want the tires sticking out too far.

ok after much searching i think i have come to a conclusion on a wheel...of course the one i originally started with...the moto metal 951 20x9 with 6.18 backspacing...again these are going on a 2005 Kingranch supercrew 4x4...i will be adding a 2" Autospring leveling kit before these rims go on...with that in mind...what is the biggest tire i can clear without rubbing??? thanks again

With a 2" AS and aftermarket tims you going to have to stick with 33" on the tires. Anything larger will rub, IMO.

If you want tire height over width to fill the big wheel wells you could go with tires like I got, the new BFG K/O in a 285/65/20, I really like em so far. Less weight and drag as the 325's but still get a 34.5" tall tire and no rubbing at any angle.

I'd go with a 325/60-18 (33x13.00) tire.

Sorry. A 325/60-20 would be the same heigth and width.

Wandell, I think the 325/60/20 is a 35" tire, whereas the 325/60/18 is a 33" tire (at least that's what this tire calc says, http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html).

Are you saying a 33" tire is the largest tire that will fit without rubbing on a 20x9 rim with +30 offset? ('04 Lariat Screw 4x4 w 2" leveling kit)

Just want to be sure before I mail-order $2G of new tires and wheels. Thanks for the help.

I have a 2006 kingranch and I have the 20x9 motometals and 305-20 nitto grapplers and the fender wheels are full. Looks great though.
