I think if your just goin out twice a month i say bfg at's. (but it depends on how severe the mudding is) Also BFg is better than pro comp. i have heard that pro comp tires go fast.

BFG AT's all the way man! They are a tough tire that will take you just about anywhere you want to go.

as for the size. a 285 tire measures 32.something. so its basically a 33".

not to sure how it will fit without any type of lift. ill leave that up to the people who know what they are talking about.

The 285/70-17 and 285/75-16 BFG's are right at 33 inches tall. They are basically 33x11.50 tires. Also, the BFG's are better tires than the Pro Comps.

I was going to run Pro-Comp Mud Terrians but after looking and the price i'm deciding on BFG AT's.

I have BFG AT's on my stock rims right now and I love them. Very good traction and grip....they also last a fairly long time

I had one set of MT's and never again. They wear terrible, they're noisy, a lousy ride and they suck on wet roads. They were good in snow PROVIDED there wasn't any ice under the snow or the snow wasn't too compacted.
