Valve Spring Tools?

ok lads! i know some of you gotta know something... i am in a bind here, my old school valve spring compressor will not work with my heads.
looks somewhat like this one here. mine's doesnt reach inside the head, kinda straight arm to the valve spring (gets me about 3-4 inches above the valve).

i tried this style as well, pulls the middle of the spring up. not enough tho.

bought this one and it fell apart the first time i tried to use it.

the only true guidance i have had is my motors manual says valve spring compressor no. T91P-6565-A

who makes what i need?

It is an engine specific tool. I found the best price from one of the Amazondotcom vendors. It hooks under the cam and has like a crows foot to push the spring down.

OTC makes the tool for Ford. Might try checking on their website, or tracking down a Snap-on/Mac/Matco jobber - most of them can order OTC tools.

I did not use the spacer, but you can crush the seal if you push down too far. Call a friend, it is easier with a helper.
