the 4" rancho is the only kit that allows you to use stock wheels. but your looking about $1800 for the lift and shocks. shocks do not come with the lift, some sites add shocks i believe not sure tho.
but what you pay for that you can buy a pro comp, about $1300 shipped on ebay, and that will leave you $500 for your wheels fund, and you can sell your stockers usually for a few hundred. i got $510 for my 18" xlt chrome package wheels with tire that had about 5-6000 miles on them. i used ebay to sell them. so depending on wheels/tires you might be able to sell them to recover some money.

the RCD lift will allow for stock wheels... and you can choose between 4" or 6" settings, due to the front bilsteins. i know this because i use mine to get my alignments done. however, this is with stock tires, so im not sure what you would be limited to with a wider tire. my guess is probably like a 10.5 width or so. if you put on wheel spacers, you could get away with the stansard 12.5 width.
BUT.... for the price of the RCD, you could get a pro-comp stage 1 lift, AND a set of new wheels.

ebay would be good. or if you're planning on drivin through North Carolina, there is a shop here in Raleigh (which is off of I-40 and is literally right next to Raleigh ~ 2 minutes outside of downtown) that could get it and do it for you. I take my truck to these guys for offroad related stuff. They are really good!
