Bilstein 5100 shocks + leveling kit = even more lift??

I own a Black '97 F150 4x4 Off Road Pack. Would I be able to put a 2'' leveling kit and add bilstein 5100 shocks for even more lift?

Do you have torsion bars?

'97 or '07???

What you speak of makes no sense what-so-ever if you have a '97...there is no "leveling kit" and there's no 5100 for a non-lifted truck..if in fact you have a '97.

If in fact you have an '07 then the answer is still no...sorta. You can use the shocks alone to gain the lift or you can use the shocks in the "no lift" configuration with the leveling kit, but there's not much use in doing that...financially or for lift purposes.

1st you can only put a spacer lift on a 2 wheel drive truck 97-03
2nd Bilstein does not make a "lift" shock for that application (04-08 they do because of they coil overs style front suspension)

you can crank the torsion bars up to give you more height, but will get a harsher ride

Even on the NBS F150's you wouldn't be able to run that setup cause it would put way to much strain on the front end. Unless you use the 5100's stock without adjusting the height with the leveling kit on top.

I meant the torsion key lift and i had no knowledge of these shocks so thats why i was asking and i yes i have a '97. thats why i put that there instead of '07

First of all, don't buy a set of aftermarket torsion bar adjustment keys. These things are a ripoff. They just allow you to put way too much preload on your torsion bars. This will lead to premature wear and tear on your ball joints and CV joints as well as destroy your ride uality. Just crank up the torsion bars enough to level your truck and get an alignment. This will allow you to easily fit 33 inch tires (285/75-16 (305/70-16 (285/70-17, 305/65-17, etc.).
