It's hard for us to tell you if there's something wrong because we really don't know the severity of your ride. I will say though that your ride should be a little stiffer with the lift and you will definitely feel it when you go over bumps. Mine is the same way, but I have gotten used to it.

The first thing I would do is check the pressure in your tires. I know shops in my area are bad about just inflating tires to the maximum psi listed on the sidewall. You would be surprised how much difference this makes. My shop inflated my 22's to 50 psi and it rode pretty bad. I dropped them to 40 psi and it rode completely different.

I came on here specifically to ask this same question. My truck has the Fabtech lift and rides really harsh. I did let some air out of my tires and made a huge difference. from 50psi down to 35psi. My local shop said no less than 50psi air in the tires. Any way to soften the ride safely? I emailed Fabtech and am waiting for a reply.

50 psi is a little high for daily driving, unless you are towing/hauling heavy loads everyday. What tires do you have Dirtoo?

35x13.50/20 ProComp Xtreme AT. What is the lowest/highest psi I should run?

I would not drop below 35 psi or exceed the maximum psi listed on the tire's sidewall.

I talked to Fabtech today. They said the only thing they could do was revalve the shocks but he didn't think that was my problem. He thought the harshness was because of the 20" wheels because my ride improved greatly when I let the tires down to 35psi. He also didn't recommend running the tires with that little pressure. Do 20" wheels make that much difference?

A shorter sidewall will make for a stiffer ride. However, a 35 on a 20 still has a lot of sidewall. I think you will be fine at 35psi for daily driving. Try 40 psi and see how that feels.
