leveling kit needed when running a lift kit?

im getting conflicting info and was hoping you guys could help me out. if i was to get a fabtech or procomp 6" suspension lift, do i need a leveling kit to make the truck sit level or with the suspension kit level the truck alone?

also, with a 6" lift, ive read thats 6" in the front and 4 in the rear, is this true?

No you don't need a spacer/leveling kit on top a of lift. Most people do it to clear bigger tires (that is why I did it).

The Fabtech lift will give you 6" in the from and 4"+ in the rear. You may want to add a 2" aal in the rear if you don't like the sag look.

A AAL is a Add a leaf. It's a leaf spring for the rear. Personally, I'd put a 5" block in the rear with a 6" Fabtech lift.

does the fabtech kit come with a 4" block? isnt 5" awfully big? i know that the add a leaf will make the rear end stiffer tho. this is a lot harder then when i lifted my 4x4 ranger

could I do a spacer with my 6" lift if I have the big spacers above the coils already or is stacking a bad idea and just get an 8" coil?

I would not stack spacers. You have the pro comp lift, correct? If so it's not a good idea, IMO.

no I wouldn't stack either ! Just get the Fabtech they don't use spacers . then if you'd like you could use a leveling kit like djh . I just got a deal on a basic fabtech kit $ 1235.00 delivered .sportztrailersjosh@comcast.com should have it next week.
