You may also want to check the torque on your shock mount bolts...sometimes they can get loose and cause a squeak, especially on the lower control arm. Mine were loose at the lower control arm mount and they made the absolute loudest chirps every time I hit even the smallest bump because of friction on the bolt.

Do you still have the stock FX4 Ford/Rancho shocks on your truck?
If so, check the fake plastic red boot that is on them, since they don't attach at the bottom they will rub against the shock and squeak (especially the rear since they are at an angle). This happened to me, and when I took it in, this is what the mechanic found.
I now have real Rancho shock on my truck instead.
