2007 Lariat with intercooled Roush charger

I've got a 2007 with a roush charger on it. Overall I love the truck, but I bought it used and have a few questions.

1. It sounds when I'm accelerating like a hydraulic pump cavitating until the boost kicks in. Also, the boost sometimes seems to hesitate kicking in.

2. Occasionally, usually when it is cold still, it seems to hesitate and have a hard time accelerating. Usually from a stop sign. This only seems to happen once in a while, afterward, it performs great. Also, there are a few instances when my boost gauge will not read any boost. The gauge is not a roush gauge and doesn't show vacuum, it is either at 0, or goes up to about 8 psi, (normal boost I think) If I shut the truck off and restart, it works properly again.

3. Lastly, the A/F gauge always shows rich, never ever moves to lean, or moves from the furthest light indicating rich.

Any information or pointers would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm not sure, I just bough the truck about 6 weeks ago. I would guess it is the Roush tune. I have the paperwork from the install and it was put in at a Ford dealer in Calgary

What is an RR tune, and where in Calgary did you go? I'm in Edmonton, so going to Calgary isn't a far trip for me.

Thanks for the tips

Get it sorted out yet? Mine acted the same way with the Roush tune. Got a JDM tune that included removing the boost bypass and it runs great.
