yea i was plannin on replacing the radiator if i did the swap. Exhaust wouldn't be a problem. i'm pretty good at welding exhaust up. I dont think the vaccum part of it would be to bad long as i had a chiltons or helms. Where should i get the OBD? salvage yard? What OBD should i run 1 or 2?

Do you have a lot of $$ into this truck already? If not, I would't do this swap. You are going to have to replace more parts than you think. Prices are very low on these trucks, so I bet you could buy one with the 351 in it for less than this project is going to cost you. For more info, check out the full size Bronco forum.

I havn't put much money into it. Just the tranny. Havn't had any motor problems other than i had to put new sparkplug wires. I'm just looking for a little more power. I don't want to make it fast i just need a little more power to tow and a few other things. I dont want to get rid of this pick up cus it has quite a bit of sentimental value to me. so i want to put a 351w. And i known its going to cost money but its better than buying a whole new truck to me because you cant find many pick ups like mine that have as good of body as mine. My truck has no cancer anywhere and no dents anywhere. Plus i've put a custom interior into it and i wouldn't want to get rid of after i put all that work into it.

You need a like year 351 with all the goods attached to it, the computer, radiator, the mounts, torch the I6 perches out of the way....bolt it down and plug the engine harness into the firewall. Done.
I think the exhaust pipe after the exhaust manis is the exact same piece, so some finaglin' there and that's solved.
If you just had to have a modular, you theoretically could use a early 90s Panther car 4.6L OBD1 setup and make the 5.4L work with that, but you're on your own there.
