Depends on the engine, trans, 2/4WD, & other options, but ROUGHLY the GVWR (#7) minus the Total Reserve capacity (#25).
If you have a salvage yard or LARGE truck stop nearby, you can probably use their drive-on scale. Just tell them you DON'T need a weight ticket - you only want to know the weight. They charge a few bucks for a printed certified weight slip.

If there's more than 3 pounds of dirt in the frame, it would be falling off in your driveway. Likewise, I doubt anyone would put up with more than a couple of pounds of **** in a pickup cab before they threw a few handfuls out.
Back when I carried ~100' of chains in both of my homebuilt bumpers & enough tools in the back to build a truck, my Bronco weighed almost exactly 3 tons. (I was in construction, so I had to drive over certified scales occasionally.) I'd expect a normal '80-96 F150 to weigh less than 2.5T.

The last time that I weighed my 94 F150 reg cab, long box, 300-6/5spd 4X4 with 33X12.5X15 Kumho M/T's on 15X8 A/R OutlawII's, the truck has about 1/4 and 3/4 tanks of fuel, a tool box with 2 chains, a chain saw and misc junk. With me in the truck it weighed in at 4800 lbs, so -200lbs for me and the truck weighed 4600lbs.
