Did you guys hear about this.. I hope this cop get's fired and gets brought up on assault charges... All she did was kick her shoe out the door.. Not sure if they told her to or not but they still doesn't warrant this treatment..

Come on that's not assault at all.. So if this happened to your daughter you would be ok with that? The shoe barely hit the guy and even if it did some of the MALE suspects don't get treated that harsh..

Thats a sorry excuse for an assault. I guess beating up 15 old GIRLS makes him feel more of a man.

 

It was actually assault and battery by the girl... wether you agree or not that is the law. Assault is an "offer" to cause bodily harm and battery is the willful touching of another person against that persons will. Who knows what she did to go to jail, but the charges are auto theft. The best bet to live by is OBEY THE LAW. If she hadn't gone to jail for whatever reason she would not have been in that situation. It does not justify the officers actions though.

 

She should count herself lucky that she wasn't shot!

 

I'm glad you added that part at the end, and I agree. I was joking, however, you still aren't getting the entire story by simply watching the vid.

 

Assaulting a police officer. If she would not have done whatever it was to get her there in the first place, she would not have gotten a beat down.

In the long run, it might have been the better choice for this cops career. It will be interesting to see the history of the girl and the cop that comes out. If a bunch of people come forward to tell about this cop using excessive force, he's all done. Either way, if that were my daughter, I'd be the next one in jail for beating that cop.

 

You can tell by her body language at the biginning of the video that she had an attittude problem. It also looks like she's running her mouth at the officer right before she kicks her shoe at him. I think the shoe kick was the infamous "straw that broke the camels back." You could also tell that she was trying to fight off the officers while she was on the ground. It doesnt look like what the officer did was too bad UNTIL he punched her twice on the ground and picked her up by her hair, those two things were a little unnecessary.

IMO, this incident was 75% the girls fault, and 25% the officer having anger management issues.

She deserves everything she gets. What do you expect to happen when you kick off your shoe and hit an officer? If it were my daughter, I'd be next in line to beat her *** too. I'm all for beating kids. If I stepped out of line, I knew it, I got the smackdown. My kids will be raised the same way.
