Supercabs have a straighter back window while the regular cab window has more 'rake'.
We have each others caps.
Mine came off a Supercab, look at the gap I've got.

Yeah, it is very close to the 3rd brake light. Now I know why. I just thought it was a crappy design but it was intended to be the shape it is. Now, I want to go look for a replacement. A little knowledge is dangerous sometimes! ha!

What you have is very rare, short bed, regular cab, cap.
I can probably count on two hands how many I've seen in 16 years.
If you decide to sell it advertise it as such, it has more value to the right buyer.
I looked for years and gave up.
Short bed, super cab caps (what you need) are plentiful out there.
The second most common is the long bed, regular cab.
The rarest cap of all is the super cab, long bed. They are like hens teeth.

You have to make a few passes on each CL search using 'cap' 'shell' 'camper'.
Is your truck Wedgewood Blue?
Found a beautiful ARE cap in Newport News VA.

Looks great. Call me an old gramp but my buddy and I have had toppers/shells/caps on our trucks since we were 17. Truly makes a truck into a hotel, waterproof gear transporter, lockable bike storage and pet hauler. I am now looking into adding some bars to the top for canoe/kayak transport.

I had one on my old truck, 1996 F150 long bed. One of the reasons I miss it... I paid $1100 for a Leer camper shell new back in 2000 or 2001
Just this past year, my brother finally decided he wanted one for his truck and I found one for him, the right color even. Gave $550 for it used and a 3 hour trip. It's an ARE with headliner.

I got a new A.R.E. shell for my new truck. This is the third A.R.E. shell I've had and I think they are the best. The fit and finish is flawless, and the color match is perfect.
In the second picture you can see the "frameless" rear window and the hidden hinges this new X-Series style has. It also has a sliding, drop down front window that makes it easy to clean the rear window of the truck and maintains the functionality of the truck's sliding rear window.
In the last picture, you can see how both side windows open upwards, giving easy access to the contents of the bed from the sides.
