Checked what connection at the connector on the drivers side front fender ?
The BJB ( aka Battery Junction box / engine compartment fuse panel ) is there, but what connector did you take apart and check ?
Did you check the fuel inertia switch ?
Do you have a fuel pump relay in your MY ( Some MY, the fuel pump relay went to a built in relay - non serviceable ), not sure but I think it was 2003.

The connector im refering to is the dual connectors that tie the wiring harness from the cab to the harness that runs along the frame rail. Mine has 2 connectors i believe some have 3. Black and grey. I do have a relay for the fuel pump in the BJB and it is getting power to one side of it. Comming from fuse 10

Not sure where you got that from.
BJB Fuse #10 is Light Blue w/ Orange stripe wire to the fuel pump relay 1 side of the NO contacts.
Other side of fuel pump relay NO contacts is Dark Green w/ Yellow Stripe wire to the fuel inertia switch in the passenger side kick panel.
Other side of the fuel inertia switch to the fuel pump is Pink w/ Black stripe wire.
The ground on the fuel pump is operated by the PCM.
No Black w/ Gray stripe wire in any of it.

The Dark Green w/ Yellow Stripe wire also goes to the PCM ( confirm that the contacts are closed ?? )

Ahh this makes more sence.. My problem might be that my PATS system is going off. Probably the PCM isnt letting it make the ground connection on the relay. I'll have to check the inertia switch too.
Where are you reading all the wire colors/locations SSCULLY.. I need that book!
The grey/black is the colour of the accual connectors.. not a wire color. no biggie

These are from the EVTM book. You can get one new form Helm Inc, used ones are usually on eBay. The Service DVD also has this, along with the service manuals, which older versions of those can be found on eBay.
Sorry, I took that as a wire color, not connector color.
If you turn the key from off to run ( do not start ) does the theft light go out ?
The relay, since you have the one that the fuel pump can be removed, if you pull the fuel pump relay, and jumper the normally open contacts, does the fuel pump run ?

Well i found the problem.. two accually.. One was an easy one.. Found a ground wire that connects to the front left fender was hiding... Hooked it up.. relays start going crazy.. Still no pump. Checked the inerta switch.. It was tripped somehow! Fixed it and plugged it back in.. and wow that fuel pump is noisy!
Primed the system... crank crank crank..... nothing..
Now i have a new issue.. I have juice going to coils and injectors but no vroooom!
