I drive a 5.4 2005 Expedition with a Gryphon (no pod, sadly -- Edge doesn't make one, but there are alternatives!) and Bill's tunes. There's nothing I can put on here without sounding biased , so I will simply tell you about my experience.

We bought our Expy last July so that Bill could play with the tuning and be able to offer it to our customers. I could tell EVERY time he reverted back to stock and complained to him because the shifting from first through third gears was miserable. I remember telling him it was like driving through mud and I thought I could push it faster myself! He finally got the calibrations worked out, and right now, I am getting about 16mpg with the A/C on (even in the back). Without the A/C, I get about 17+. Last year when we drove from Atlanta to Orlando, we averaged between 19 & 20, I think. Just my . Hope it helps! (I don't think Edge offers an Evo for the Expedition...)
