02 5.4 Wont Start / Clicking from Cab Fuse box
Has anyone had the same issue?
Went to start the 02 F150 with 5.4 triton this morning and had no power.
The power (dashlights/interior etc.) started flashing on and off weakly.
Had a clicking noise coming from the fuse compartment in cab.
Battery is fine (charged and no loose posts).
Could it have something to do with the relays in the fuse box?
Thanks

Has it rained or snowed recently?
This sounds like a problem I had a year ago and wound up being a major headache.
The seal around the windshield was crap straight out of the factory and let water run down the pillar into the fuse box which fried my GEM module. $600 repair which then, get this, happened again 4 months later.

That's what it sounds like to me. Mine does the exact same thing when the batteries dead lol.
The cables and small wire on the starter is what usually corrodes and causes problems, but yea, -sounds like the battery died.
Here's where they corrode up -
Also, check that loop above ^^^^^ - Make sure it's not holding water.

Check the fuse, I forget which one it is ?? A few years ago my starter soleniod mounted on the firewall next to the battery started to short out and pop the fuse. R/R soleniod and fuse and good to go.
Turn the key on and take a screwdriver to the soleniod posts and see if it turns over?? if not have the battery load tested.
