Ranch Hand Grill Guard

Ranch Hand Grill Guard
Howdy,
I've been wanting to get a grill guard for some time now, but just been waiting a few years to get a good deal on a used one. I found this one on Craigslist for $200 (I offered less, waiting for a reply): http://houston.craigslist.org/pts/864885406.html
I don't expect it to save my front end in the event of an accident (I'm a pretty conservative driver), nor to withstand heavy duty offroad use (I don't tear my truck up offroad, just a little mudding and other light offroading). I don't plan to mount a winch or anything like that, and I think I can keep my tow hooks up front with it installed.
It would be a good place to mount a couple of KC lights and give me a little protection if someone backs into me in a parking lot or something. Really, I just want something on the front of the truck.
So is this worth $200, or less if my offer is taken?

I talked to the guys at a Ranch Hand factory outlet and they told me that I can keep the tow hooks when I install it. They cost $499 new, and the guy from Craigslist told me I can have it for $150, so I think I'm going to get it.
I've been looking for about two years and this is probably the best deal I've found. Only problem is that I'm moving to Quantico, VA next week and my buddy will have to pick it up for me and help me install it before we leave.

Well, unfortunately the deal didn't work out. The grill guard was on a 2wd truck. I spoke to two different Ranch Hand stores and they both said the 4wd and 2wd models are uniquely different. Evidently the frames on a 2wd Ford F150 and a 4wd are not identical as one would expect. And $150 was such a deal!
So if anyone in the Houston/Galveson area has a 97-03 Ford F150 2wd and wants a grill guard, look on craigslist!
