Timing is Everything!

Timing is Everything!
On May 5, 2015, I ordered a 2015 Lariat Super Cab. After thinking about it, I changed my mind and ordered the same truck, but in a Super Crew. My dealer kept the order for the Super Cab in the system, as someone came in that day wanting one. Timing is everything! The Super Cab already has an ETA of 7/12/15 and my truck is still out in the either somewhere looking to be scheduled. I was hoping I would have it by the end of the July, but it's not looking good.

See Thread: https://www.f150online.com/forums/20...-my-brain.html
Don't forget to talk to Crystal (PM the account FordService) to get a better ETA.
If yours takes as long as mine, then maybe your ETA could advance to roughly 6/21/2015.
I created a thread where I am sharing how long it takes my vehicle order to go through the different stages. I'm hoping other folks will chime in and share their time tables so we can have some fun and see how predictable this is or how close the average time is for various types of truck orders and delivery locations.
If you look at the thread, I also put in the days where the status changed, including how the ETA moved up several times. Currently at 47 days from start to finish. Some things took surprisingly long (18 days to go from Order Processing to In Production) and some things happened so quickly (08 days to complete production and go into shipment).
My truck should actually be at the Dealership today (5/30), but they don't usually do Saturday drop offs in our area so I expect to see it Monday/Tuesday as the dealership needs a service tech to take an hour to do the inspection before they can release for sale.

I wouldn't be in too big of a hurry. I ordered my '12 and the dealer didn't get everything on it I requested so they had to reorder. In the time it took to get the second truck, there was an additional $1000 in rebates from Ford. Not saying that will happen in your case, but it was a silver lining for me.

I also ordered an Screw w/ 6.5' bed 2 days before you. Truck comes in tomorrow (48 days) vs. your ETA (59 days). Haven't they updated the ETA yet? Are you in shipping now or still in production?

Good Morning All,
As I have become a COTUS Hostage and am addicted to checking it each day, I have two questions for anyone who can answer;
One is how often does it get updated?
Two, where is everyone seeing where their truck is built and all the good info that comes along with it?
Man, this wait is killing me.
Thanks!
