2007 Ford f-150 clicking & scraping in front end

Hi everyone, I really need some help. I'm having issues with my 2007 f150 4wd. Two weeks ago I start to hear noise coming from the back end of the truck and my e break light came on. So I change the pads on the back, but the noise was still there so I pulled the rear bearing out and replaced them. After all that it was still making the clicking and scraping. Finally I had it put on a lift, and ran the truck to see where the noise is. Now it's the front, I thought maybe it was the iwe system. Because I had to replace the solinoid during winter because it failed on me. After all that the clicking and grinding is still present. I need some ideas before I throw more money and time tearing thing apart agian. The noise is all the time gets louder the faster you go and seems to quite when you hit the gas. Doesnt matter if your turning or breaking if its moving it makes the noise. Any information to make this easier would be greatly appreciated.

Clicking makes me think of CV joints, but that should be louder when turning. Bearing hubs?

Sounds like the bolts/cams for adjusting your toe-in might be loose. I had an alignment done, wait, I paid for an alignment and afterwards the truck started sounding like that. Jack it up and try to move the lower A-arms, or see if the bolts spin...both conditions were present when I found it. Took it back and got a story about F150 "doing that sometimes". Bull. The guy doing the alignment never tightened them. I was a little hot over that.

Well guys figured out what the problem was... well part of the problem. Driver side actuator for the IWE had a blown seal. After replacing it, I took it out for a test drive, front end sounded good. But there was still a noise still coming from somewhere. I lifted the rear end up and put it in drive. The differential pin bearing is bad, so I have to tear the differential apart again. If anyone has any info on the assembly, or parts list for 2007 4x4 that would be great.

Sorry to ask so many question guys, I'm a young DYI. Trucks are something new to me I have never owned one before. Family need one so I bought this ford (knew it needed some work). But I took the challenge. I looked everywhere but couldn't find the torque spec's to replace all the bearing in the differential including the Pin bearing. Does anyone have the torque spec's or know were I can find them for 2007 ford f150-8.8, V807A. I looked and only found 2003 model.

Just giving an update. I found the problem, it was the pinion bear spacer that was making the clicking noise. The griding noise was the pinion bear moving around. It most have been rebuilt before, because I have never heard anyones spacer falling out from wear. But all it took was a 7 hour day, I just put all new bearings in the differential. Thank you for all the help
