How do you get the fog light housing off the bracket? Its attached by 3 long screws with nuts and you can't get the screwdriver in there to back it up. It just spins and its a PITA.
It would be much easier if I could do this to try and get the broken bulb out of the lense. Hate carrying around the housing with the bracket still attached.

Water got in there somehow. Really only see moisture but it keeps breaking bulbs. I did this before but don't remember having the bracket on there when I was flushing the glass out.

Huh thats strange, Might want to put some silicone around the edge of the lens if you think water is getting in that way. Make sure they are VERY dry before putting the bulb back in as this will seal in any moisture, but im sure you know that.

Well I actually gave up and started tightening it back on. When I got so far it kept going and the Screw head came right out the bottom of the gray holder it rests it. Did the same to the other and then the clip and now its off. Hopefully I can get it back together.
Rinsed most all of the bulb out, filled it with water and just watched for leaks. Saw none.
I noticed my housing have the vent hole right above the bulb with what looks like a screen on the outside. I do not have the plate in between the hole and bulb like some pictures I have seen. I wonder if water gets in there sometimes and just drips right on the bulb. Water seems to come out the hole pretty easy when I fill the housing and tip it upside down. So I assume it goes in pretty easy.
