Driveshaft length
What is the biggest lift you have to go before you worry about length of your driveshaft on a 2 wd f150? I have 10 inches. 7.5 Fabtech and 2.5 spacer on my truck.

Anybody have any idea if it will cause me any trouble. Have had to replace u joints already

Your probably starting to get close to pushing your luck with the factory one. On a side note, hows that 2.5" spacer treating your balljoints and tie rods?

It actually isn't too bad. Aligned to perfect specs. Don't ask how. Only problem has been the universals. I was thinking of taking the spacer out since I only have 35s tho.

Only had it on 600 miles or so. So I guess I'll see how they wear in the future

5 inch block 2 inch add a leaf

Have you thought about spinning the housing and just re-perching. A lot less stress on the joints.

Once I figure out how to post pictures and give her a good waxing I will post some. What do you mean about reperching?

I think what brew means is take your old spring perches off the axle housing, clock it so its at a better angle with the rest of the driveline, and then reweld perches back on.
