I have been reading alot about my upcoming level kit from AS. It seems that most people are quite surprised that the actual height of the spacer is either "not what they ordered" or "not equal to how much it raised the truck". Here is my attempt at a geometry lesson. :) Imagine that the more vertical line is your front coil. Now imagine that the more horizontal lines are your lower control arm. Now, look at the red segments: the upper red segment represents the coil spacer you have ordered and the lower red segment represents the direct affect that the coil spacer has on the lower connection of the coil/shock. Of course, my intent is to show that the two red segments are equal. The blue segment represents your new leveling kit's affect on the actual height of your truck. Note how the blue segment is longer than the two red segments. I hope this helps!
