Here is how I routed the cable. The grey/black window surround is made of fiberglass, so I simply used a drill bit to notch out a hole for it. Then I removed the silicone grommet that holds the wiring for the bed lights and 3rd brake light and slit the top of it so I could lay the cable in there. Then I reinstalled the grommet, and running the cable was super simple. I just reached up on top of the headliner, took the cable to the passenger side, then tucked it behind the weatherstripping at the top of the doors. I did that all the way to the front, down the hinge pillar, and up under the dash. The rest is a couple zip ties under the heater box.
